Sweet Otis was surrendered by an owner who was no longer able to care for him. In his first home he was allowed outside quite a bit, but since he's declawed he would definitely live longer and be far safer as an indoor-only kitty. Here at the SPCA, Otis has proved himself to be a friendly guy, soliciting petting and attention with rubs, purring and meows.
