Lovely Emma was surrendered to the SPCA by an owner who had to move where cats were unwelcome. Having lived in the same home with the same owner for eight years, Emma understandably is a little uncertain of her place here at the shelter, and does not like to be surprised or picked unexpectedly - and who can blame her? Her first owner said Emma is uncomfortable with infants and children, so a home without young children would probably be the best for Emma. She really likes to be scratched on the chin and jaw! When you sit in the room with her, she'll happily sit in your lap for hours if you let her! Take this big, beautiful girl home and give Emma the life she deserves!
