Cute shih tzu/pomaranien puppy looking for a loving home! in Ithaca, New York

I have a long haired Shih Tzu/Pomeranian that I am looking for a loving home for. Her name is Sophia and she is 13 weeks old. She gets along with kids, cats, and other dogs, is very active and loves to cuddle. She has had her first vet visit and shots and she is crate trained and using a training pad! She is going to be very hard to part with, however, my new apartment does not allow pets so she cannot stay. She will come with everything I own for her: bed, crate, toys, treats, sprays and food.
